Practices

• I will follow the coaches' and parents' instructions
• I will ask for a coaches' permission to take a water or bathroom break.
• I will go to a coach if I have a problem or a disagreement with a team member.
• I will respect my teammates.
• I will be quiet and listen when a coach is speaking.
• I won't engage in horseplay.
• I understand that appropriate discipline for my behavior will be enforced at the coaches' discretion. If the behavior continues, I will be dismissed from practice.

Matches

• I will follow adult directions. 
• I will sit in designated areas during matches.
• I will demonstrate good sportsmanship towards the other team and my own teammates. 
• I won't run, jump or climb on bleachers or extra mats.
• I won't go under bleachers or leave the assigned sitting area unless it is with a parent's permission.

Unsportsmanlike behavior will result with the wrestler being unable to compete at the next meet or dismissed from the team.
